I took canon 1300d , I didn’t like quality of the camera. Paytm is not providing refund they are giving only replacement can anyone help me

the problem is not with the product was eligible for refund or not. Its a trap always. I have paid for a iphone6s. Got the one which is not factory setup. It seems it was a sold one. Second hand.

And again raised a issue against replaced item.
Then there is an option of refund
