REDMI 4A Dead Pixel Issue

Guys i brought my Redmi 4A before 3 weeks mostly and recently i saw some dead pixels on my disply. Those dead pixels are black in color and i think its incereasing the size day by say.

MI is having a policy like there should be min “X” dead pixels on your phone to be eligible for a replacement and the number i dont know.. So far i found 3 and one is little big.

Guys out their check your phone for the same issue and reply here !!
