'Spotify' option in Alexa app greyed out

Hello! So recently, my Echo has been acting kinda weird whenever I tried to play music via Spotify. Often times, my device won’t be listed in Spotify’s available devices list. And when I say “Alexa, Connect to Spotify”, it wants me to register an account first. I already did, when I did my initial set up. So I went to the App, Settings, Music (under preferences) and saw that Spotify is not listed under Manage Services. However, then I click on + and then Spotify, nothing would happen. So I tried clicking on Default Services, and I see that it’s set as Amazon Music (which is weird, because during initial set up I have Spotify chosen instead). Now I want to change the Default Music Library to Spotify, but the option is greyed out. I don’t know what to do. Updating/Reinstalling didn’t work, I tried deleting Alexa from my Spotify’s list of permitted devices, and now I can’t even log in in the app anymore.

Please help!! (I tried looking for similar posts and have tried most of the provided solutions, none of them work :/ )
