Hi Dimers,
Please think twice from buying anything from this website as it clearly fools by sending us the wrong products and not even providing us a proper after sales service.
Admin I request you please make let this thread be here…else other dimers on the site will loose huge sums of money, energy and time.
Now coming back to my story,
I purchased a Jockey Underwear Pack of 4 from them on 09th July,2014.
Below is the image.
Now the order got delivered to me
But what came out of the box was a shock to me.
The item that I have ordered is a full sized underwear and not a V-Cut one.
But I have been delivered a V-cut one.
The seller has surely described a wrong item with the picture associated with it.
I complained to them regarding the same on 12th Jul,2014.
Someone from Paytm Care replied to me like this..

If you wish to return this product,Our courier partner will come and pick the product from your doorstep in next 7 days as per your request.
So please tell me that you want to return product or not.Your refund will be processed with in 15 days into your Paytm account once the shipment reaches the merchant.The product that you want to return must only have been used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. You can also visit the "Help Center " section in the Paytm app for further details.

I even sent them the reply that I want to send it back and please send someone.
But till date no courier guy or even from paytm has came to take the product back.
What is the use of it, my money is wasted.

1) Shall I ever go back and shop with paytm for the products that are wrongly described ??
2) Shall I ever shop again if my money gets blocked in this way ??
3) Will I ever recommend this website to someone ??
4) They always state that maximum cashback is Rs.400 on EOSS40, but is that for a single order limit
Or can someone buy it in multiple orders to get multiple cash-backs. What is maximum cashback per account ?? (No Description given on the website)
5) Will I ever get my money back. If yes then by what time ??
To elaborate it further I would give you one more example where an item is wrongly described..
Have a look at the below image.
The watch shown in the lick is named Casio Men Round Black Analog Watch.
But in the picture its a TIMEX watch.
Is this what as a customer I would prefer from a website ??

But my Safetykart experience was good.
Even Flipkart in its early days was good.
The problem is with marketplace model which has no control over the sellers selling fake/duplicate/refurbished items.
flipkart is still good.
SafetyKart is new but has unique Idea, and quite good got ResQme car emergency tool from there.
Always make complain on their facebook page… they will surely solve your problem…
A healthy advice to every dimers as I am ordering online since 4 years. If you found picture and detail mismatch contact seller via email and dont delete the mail. Take a screenshot of product listed every time you order exactly before placing order. Be away from such sellers who try to cheat. Try to read every description given if is it match with given pictures. If seller does not provide vat vill ask CC to avail the same and dont let it go so any other buy not get cheated

I have bought puma shoes with 50% cash back .. I got both real puma shoes and 50% cash back.. Then I buy a Nokia which got 250 rs of cash back and again I got both.. So in my experience it is good… But customer support is really sucks.. No phone lines and they are also responding to mails just create tickets..
I ordered Tupperware Lunch box and got a “duplicate tupperware lunch box”. So I thought paytm is good for recharges only. They can not give duplicate recharges

Duplicate recharges are meant by paytm if they have chance to recall back recharges from operators which is not possible..

I bought gym equipments really worth and saves my money a lot. ..guys pls try to figure it out which should be purchased in paytm.I prefer bus ticket gym equipments, appliances with manufacturing wattenty,etc..
First thing compare your products with other websites see seller in each of the websites.
I never have tried shopping from paytm. Is it good or bad?
and the paytm bosses thinks they are making a world class company..

PAYTM IS HIGHLY INSECURE AND UNRELIABLE
I have been using PAYTM since November 2016. On 23rd of December 2016 I made the last transaction through PAYTM for which I received an SMS confirming my balance as Rs.1520.00. On 26th December 2016 when I wanted to use PAYTM again, to my horror, my passbook showed balance of ZERO. It also advised me to “START” using PAYTM as if I had not done any transaction earlier. Their response to my complaint is also very cold. What I have got till date is a complaint Ticket No. Would advise the general public to refrain from using PAYTM.

i m continuously contacting via support ticket but didnt responding . its nearly 1 mnth for order now . worst exp of Paytm
