Uber eats - worm on a food delivered

Experienced an unpleasant experience in the food received through Uber eats. The worm was found crawling on ‘Florida chicken salad’ ordered from ‘Courtyard restaurant by Classik Fort’ in Kochi. Uber eats has taken only an action to just refund the amount paid. I have demanded suspending the Hotel account till a hygeine/food safety audit is done. Let’s see their response. Lot of food delivery companies are there and demand is also there, but this may indirectly letting restaurants reduce their hygiene. Dimers may share their views. This may help fellow dimers being careful and that will indirectly improve the system.
