YATRA.com What a mess!! phewwwww

Hello(to yatra.com)

I booked online and sent a mail ststing I shall be checking in on 02/03/2017 at 6:00 AM
it was special offer 24 hours check in as mentioned in booking page
On showing the booking confirmation number, the hotelier did not agree to give me room.
I was shocked having travelled entire night
He said i would have to pay cash of min 1000 rupees per night to get a room
He said he doesnt follow any online booking system.
I rechecked my mail hoping for a reply to my query from yatra, nothing, no reply.
I had no option, but leave the hotel.
On calling yatra, the first response was that my money would not be refunded, i pleaded repeatedly.
On second call, the executive blamed me as the check in time is 12:00 pm.
I was literally out of breath.
I mentioned that it was a special offer of 24 hours check in, as written in voucher. He still did not believe, i pleaded untill he read the special offer.
Still he could bot guarantee refund.
He took the entire day for a csllback.
In the meantime, i tried calling Hotel Rainbow Saphire, no response.
Lastly, at the end of the day a refund was processed!!
What a horrid, torrid and restless day i faced.
I dont know who is to blame.
Maybe I trusted yatra.com blindly!"
Waste of a precious day while on a long journey, will leave a scar forever!!!
