I want to purchase air cooler

I don’t have budget to buy an AC and i can’t pay huge electricity bills and right now I am suffering this heat of the summer have no option. not even a table fan.
And there is a hope i might be able to buy electric product in market this week. I want to buy an air cooler for a small room.
Please suggest me the better one. Few days ago read views of 2 members valuing the low quality of Symphony brand.
