1mg and netmeds has become very faltu!

Till last year, these companies were giving good service. This year they had cancelled way more confirmed orders then actual deliveries.
I had a big time quarrel and asking for refunds with both of them. I gave up my money,abt 370, on netmeds but couldn’t give up my refund on 1mg bcz it was about 1671. Like if you don’t have the medicines then why the hell do you keep on showing ‘in stock’ in the app even after cancellation of my order?? What kind of cheating is this?!
After constant emails about 30-40 and numerous screenshots of orders. I got a refund.
I’m so sick of them! One of these bloody customer service agents even had the nerve to call me a liar!! If i meet him in real life, i would love to punch the light out of him.

had.ordered online medicine from 1mg I received only 1 bottle of heal tear eye drops and dint received 3 eyemist gel tubeand one soft drop eyedrop INSPITE of the payment made online for all .I received msgs that your order was successfully delivered this happened on 9th march. Since then I have been writing mails n making phone calls n spoke with Mr mason, Mr Rahul n so on my complain ticket no 2245966 today evening I’m receiving msg from Mr suraj bera that he has confirmed with the vendor that all meds were successfully http://delive...so I sent him a photo of what I have received so what proof do I give to convince your company of my truthfulness or did I make a mistake by paying online to vultures like your company. Hope to hear from you soon
