Amazon Order undelivered from 1 year

hey frnds, I suddenly opened one of my amazon account and found that my amazon order (Deo's) which was placed in Dec 2015 is still undeliverable, so contacted amazon and was told tht the seller already left amazon..now they escalated the matter to the concerned deptt. shd i wait for the resolution or any other option, plz help...

Yesterday rediscussed with cc and they offered 50 gc but i denied. They asked me wht amt i want and i askd 200 gc as tht maximum the r authorized ( i think bt nt sure ). And finaly along with my prepaid value another 200gc rcvd and case closed…
