I found above details from other reliance sources through google. If company portal created on 06 th March 17, how come facebook review available from January 2017. I think its fake website. Even all facebook review from non indians look like Kenyan.

Today shopaaz customer care says that they are unable to ship your product,so they are providing your return.So guyz please dont buy anything from this website.

Is the website fake or genuine and our money will be returned or not. Because on other websites like Amazon etc., whenever you ask for refund then they ask bank account no., Ifsc code etc, but Shopaaz does not. I think I am cheated
For payment via net banking,it doesnt require banking details,automatically amount gets credited.
Cant say website is fake or not,as they said amount will credit in 7days,so wait fo 7days for refund.

What the hell is going on
i ordered redmi note 4 on 11th and they cancelled it on 13th… i called them on 16th regarding refund they conveyed it would be done by today evening even though it is not yet 7 days yet. They are fake and the toll-free is not working. do any1 now how to contact those people ?

Same is the case with me.. They said that the transaction ID will be given by 17th 7pm..but i have not got the ID…the call executives are useless
same here..first they told that you will get transaction i.d at 12noon..then 4pm..then 7pm and then barred calls
They also said tome that they will return the money after 16:30 today(Wednesday). Though the toll free no. is written to work 24*7 but they have written on their website that live chat works till 6PM, sothe toll free no. may also.
