CASES 40764577, 42471477, 42622129

I lost my sim card and I closed the number before changing it into mu PayTM account.
So since then I could access my PayTM account.

UNKOWN CASE
- 12th Oct I raised a case for updation of mobile. After two hours, PayTM closed my case without any email, call.

CASE 40764577
- I had to raise another case on the 17th Oct.
On 27th Oct (more than 10 days?!?!?!?!?) finally they sent an email to me asking for some docs.
On 30th Oct I replied with the required information.
Until 7th Nov I received 4 emails saying that they tried to call me but I was not reachable. Well, I receive calls from Europe and Pan India and I do not have a single missed call.

- On 7th Nov I came to know that my 2nd case was also auto-close, without any news about my case from PayTM. So a lady opened a third case for me.

CASE 42471477
- I called the CC after the opening of the new case, They were saying sorry, that they were going to try the best to speed up my case.
- In the night, I talked to Mr. Roshan (conversation code 42477742) who was very kind but lied to me: he said that my case was going to be closed positively to me on the 8th.
- On the 8th, I talked to Mr. Naunit Anugraj (42579227) which made the conversation a truly hell: he did not allow me to end a single sentence, he was repeating the same again and again and he refused to transfer my call to another senior. All in all, an extremely disappointing CC experience.
- On the same day, I talked to Mr. Chavan (42597064) who really listened to me and paid attention to my requirements.
- I shared uncountable emails and call during all this long period of time. So finally I requested to have the money of my wallet in my IDBI bank account on the 9th before 20:00.

- On 9th, after a long month, I was able to access my PayTM account, but I can not transfer the money back to my IDBI personal bank account.
The only thing is that I had to reinstall my app
- So I called again. Mr. Arun (42471477) and Mr. Rajender (42471477) which were so unhelpful and Mr. Naunit Anugraj.
- I called so many times and nobody can explain what is going on with my case. The only update that I am getting is that the backend team is working on my case on priority basis.
- The I have just received an email asking about the iOS version of my mobile and the model number. WHAT IS THAT MEAN? MY MObiLE DOES NOT WORK? PAYtM RELEASES VERSIONS OF THEIR APP NOT UPDATED TO iOS???

Why I cannot access the backend team directly?
Why nobody provided an appellation team email address?
Why after waiting for almost one month I cannot transfer my money in wallet to my IDBI personal bank account???????????
