Awesome First Time Experience

I received a 400 bucks gift voucher from Jabong so I thought I’d give the site a go.
I found a pair of trunks (DIM, a French brand) for Rs 500, applied the gift voucher and paid a 100 bucks and placed an order at 8:40 PM on 26th October.
I got a message at 10:30 PM that my order has been shipped via JaVAS (Jabong’s delivery service)…that’s just plain awesome !!
The next day at 4:30 PM, it arrived in Hyderabad and just 15 mins later I got another message saying that my order is out for delivery, that I may check the contents before accepting and that they deliver on Sundays too
Around 8:30 PM, I got a call from the Jabong delivery guy to confirm the address and I got the package just after 5 mins.
So, placing the order, shipping it and getting it delivered in less than 24 hours makes Jabong a worthy contender amongst other such e-stores.
I gave pricing 3 stars since Jabong isn’t that generous when giving out coupons and discounts against the likes of Yebhi and Myntra.
I gave packaging 3 starts since although the trunks were top notch, their packaging was a bit worn out.
