Awful service. Poor quality of specs

I had placed an order for two spectacles and much to my disappointment, neither of them lasted for more than a month. Both of them bent out of shape. Extremely poor quality. I have been calling the company for the past one month to have them repaired. First their exec don’t pick up the calls and when they do, they promise to send somebody to pick the spec up, but nobody ever turns up. I am so frustrated now. So many calls, emails, so much time has been wasted over this. At the time of sale, their executives are very enthusiastic in their response and very cooperative but when it comes to providing service for the products sold, they suddenly become a stranger, in spite of knowing that spectacles are no more a luxury but a necessity. Pathetic service. Such incompetence. Rest assured, I’ll be sure to recommend my family and friends to avoid this company.
