Bought a recliner sofa from @snapdeal. Wooden frame broke. Approached @snapdeal for facilitating repairs or provide contact details of the vendor. But they refused. As per them since they do not manufacture furniture, they can not provide any support. Also, it seems that they are in in cohorts with the vendor since they are not even providing contact details of the supplier. Now stuck with a broken product and no service support. Shame on Snapdeal….
