I got a product that was ill-described on the website.

If you wish to return the product and you have bought it from Flipkart, you are out of luck. I wanted to return the product and placed a return request.. Flipkart said that the courier service would come to take the product after about 10 days (astonishingly very very long time compared to other website such as Amazon, Ebay who are very prompt). Anyways, I waited till 13 days but the courier didn’t arrive.
Curious, I checked to see what had happened.. Then I realised that they had cancelled the return request after 2 days without informing me.. I immediately called Flipkart and asked about it.. Now they say it was cancelled due to some technical issue they don’t know of.. and now the return policy date is over and it cannot be returned and I have to keep the useless product..
This is sick of Flipkart.. It’s like scamming innocent customers. I recommend you buy from sites like Amazon/ Ebay which provides top notch customer service. NEVER BUYING FROM FLIPKART AGAIN.

Then stop buying from eBay too 😜 flipkart bought eBay long ago.
M also a very big hatter of flipkart and it does nothing to flipkart and it only effect being an DesiDimer bcz V gt good deals on fk which we can’t resist.
In 2013 I guess, I hated Amazon like anything just for receiving a branded shirt which is polyester but they mentioned as cotton. Funny thing is that I was not at my home then nor checked it later. Simply kept return soon as it was reviewed by my relatives as polyester. And from then on I cursed amazon and encouraged flipkart like anything. Even bought things from fk even though I don’t have any need.

I’m An Amazon prime member since 3 yrs 😂🤷🏻♂️ and serious hater of fk bcz of the prices being sold on fk is just like the ones which we could buy from the showrooms.
Point is….. It doesn’t matter if u hate fk or amazon. We are like a tiny drop of the ocean. U have to move on with that. People don’t care your review more. Its just a waste of time. Only thing u may get is suggestions… Like do that or do this and which is of no use. Fk cc is aggressive. I have some bad experiences when I spoke with my mother tongue executives. They dnt gv a sht.
Also, u carry the same amount of liability. When they haven’t arranged a pickup with in 2/3 days you should have contacted them 🤷🏻♂️.
