I have been waiting for a refund of Rs 30000 for a cancelled transaction since last 3 months. They only sent an email confirmation for refund but the actual payment refund never happend.
Contacted pepperfry customer care several times, only waiting to hear call being transferred from one unit to other but no action taken.
Customer care kept saying that we have refunded already. When I asked them for refund ID , they hung up the call.
This comapny is a big big fraud. Please never buy anything from pepperfry . Your money is only going to go down the drain.
