Biggest Mistake

Order # 303118390 .. 10 days past the promised delivery date still no one appears .. Everytime I call they promise a delivery date and still no appears.. sometime their warehouse is closed .. sometime they give a excuse that my phone was not reachable so they didn’t appeared .. I even agreed to blind delivery and hand my product to the guard still no one appears..!! Once you place the order there is no way you can cancel.. now you are left with their mercy when they will deliver and as there is no cancellation policy before delivery they can deliver whenever they want…Biggest mistake I ordered a product from pepperfry ..!
