can i give them negative star??

I ordered a cooktop from homeshop 18 on may 26 and was delevered with physically damaged product and had to bear the cost of courier charges Rs 1050/-of to return the product(according to them they reimbursed the charges but for name sake only they just gave discount coupon of 600)never gonna use though on contacting coustomer care from day 1 there were lying all coustomer relationship office betrayed just giving fake deadlines and on that particular date a new deadline
overall an unethical compny with cheaters plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont buy anything from them they gonna cheat u as well
and yes
till day havent got my refund and its been 2months around and idont expect that now . better be beaware of such fake and cheaters
