Cheater this Snapdeal not purchase all people

I ordered an pre paid item and after some days I got a mail and message that my order was delivered. But I didn’t got a single call from my courier or my product was not delivered. I tried to reach the customer care minimum 10 times. But it has only a single option to drop a mail. But I didn’t got any response of my e mail. It’s a complete fraud company.
