I had ordered grocery on the 21st March. The order was all prepaid and they had all the items in stock. They kept my payment for more than 2 weeks, and the government even allowed the delivery of essential items. However realising that they could sell the same stocks at a higher price, they cancelled my order without consulting me on the 31st March and returned my money much later,. I was cheated because I did not order else where because I was confident that they would deliver as prepaid. They had no right to cancel the order when they had already taken the payment, and could have delivered the items later as all other sites did, but they chose to sell the same sold stocks at a higher price. They ought to be sued for their breach and malpractice in the consumer forum.

They did the same thing with others also. They started cheating with customers in various ways nowdays taking advantage of the situation.
