Cud be better

I had a very bad experience of shopping from Zovi the first time. Firstly, their delivery is very slow, and

this I have heard from a couple of people who have shopped online from Zovi. When my order finally

came I did not find it up to the mark and it was the wrong size, so I decided to return it. But the

customer care agent informed me that they don’t have a pick-up service where I live and when I asked

them if they can collect it from my office, the guy said yes. But no one came to pick up the parcel… I

called customer service again, that is when they told me that it is against their policy to pick up return

frm an address different from delivery… so stupid policy! Then they asked me to courier it and they will

reimburse the courier money. This caused me so much inconvenience and online shopping is supposed

to be convenient. I ordered a new product, this time it was properly delivered. But till date I have not

got my courier money back.
