Defective product and really bad customer service

Purchased 2 storage units for the office. The delivery happens on time, but everything after that is a sham. The technical team after several requests arrives on-site after 4 days. The storage units do not have a good finish and are not in sync with the specifications online. Sad experience of buying furniture online!
