I wrote numerous mails to Koovs customer care and Mr Sanjay Howlader for the refund of my money against order#387696 dated 13Jan2012. Even i raised the request for refund online.
The complaint against the order is started immediately after receiving defected product. I spoke to customer service thrice also but neither money is not refunded nor the product is replaced till now.
So I am approaching Consumer forum to initiate the action against the company.
Please share your experience against Koovs so that i can consolidate and use them against the company.
