Don’t ever buy innerwear/socks from Myntra

I had purchased Nike Unisex Pack of 3 Black Socks from Myntra on June 15, 2012 (Order No. 3046073). But to my scare, one of the socks out of 6 had a hole in it . It was clearly old stock and when I contacted customer care on next day morning, they asked me to send a photo of the socks with the hole and then they will do the needful. I had sent the mail with the photo to [email protected] and [email protected], but there were no response at all. I had waited for couple of days, then contacted myntra customer support through telephone again. This time a lady picked up the call and she was telling me that they don’t accept the returns for socks/innerwear. Then I asked at least they should compensate me with partial refund or send a replacement for the defective piece. But she was just keep repeating they don’t accept the returns for socks/innerwear. WTH? Then I asked her does it mean Myntra can send any junk or old stock to customers and just keep saying you won’t return or replace it. She asked me to wait for couple of minutes and then told me to forward the same mail again to [email protected] and it will be addressed in 48 hours . I did it again without much hope and as expected nobody has responded at all.

Also I had seen another user complaining in desidime that they didn’t accept the return of footwear from Chennai stating they only pick up returns from Delhi and Bangalore.

I will never buy from them again. not recommended at all.
