Don't purchase from amazon

Purchased laptop from amazon which had 5% cashback offer which must be credited within 3 days of shipping in my amazon pay balance but even on 12th days i am struggling to get that cash back. And more worse is their customer care who are denying that there was any offer like this even on showing ss to them. Raised issue on social media pages of amazon and these fools can’t find order.
