Dont Buy. Its trouble to get a refund or return if the product is faulty.

Dear Sir/Madam,
With ref. to below mail, I had purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton ac with order no. 104433683 on the 31st March 2019. The same was installed on the 7th of April 2019 by brand authorized technicians and the box/boxes were opened by the brand technicians only. At the time of installation it was discovered that the display of the remote on the said AC was dis-functional (same attached).
It has been a week wherein I have received calls daily since the 8th of April from tatacliq stating that the remote will be replaced by Voltas and that I will receive call/confirmation of the same from Voltas. Its been a week now since installation and the whole user experience has been very unsatisfactory as I am unable to fully utilize my purchased product. I cannot understand the delay for simple replacement of a small component from a PAN Indian company. This is very disappointing!
