Dont care about customer, dont pick the phone, dont deliver product on time, very very bad experience

Dont buy any product from buyatbrands…. they dont deliver it on time and dont even pick up phone or reply through email when you try to contact them.

Before I ordered a 7.25k Titan Raga watch I contacted their customer care service to know whether they can deliver it on or before Friday. That time they said “Sir we assure you that you will get your product delivered on or before Friday just select 150rs delivery option(they have 3 kinds of delivery options)”. I did the same thing and I have also mentioned in the note while ordering that I need it before Friday since I am leaving from bangalore to my hometown on Friday, but when I contacted(after trying for hell lot of time) them on Friday to know the status they told me that they will ship it today(so they have not even shipped the product before Friday). They dont care about the customer, they just want to sell the product. I have ordered a lot of product from Flipkart, Snapdeal, Letsbuy and they have always delivered the product within 1-3days.
