The worst experience I have ever faced with any other websites so far. They are unable to serve. Better they can shut down their services if they cannot serve good to the customers. From 2 months the items kept for return or exchange are not attempted by any one till date. Idiots, my time and money is wasted. All crap Road side items with mud and dust on the road is there on the items what they have sent. I want to hit and sue them. Had spent some thousands

From 2 months i am waiting about my refund amount but till date no action taken by brandfactory sr. Ex. Team. When i was called to brandfactory online customer service all executive reply pls wait for 7days but my refund is not back to my account. Idiots, my time and money is wasted. pls don’t chhoose this sight for shopping.
