Fashion and you services are horrible

I placed and order on 25 June 2015 product delivered after 15 days, I wanted to return the product because and color and size issue, for return pick up it took more than 20 days and i have not received my money back till 21 August 2015.there is almost 30 mail exchange still they are under process its sucks please avoid this site.
