Flipcart fast delivery took three day

Recently i bought Kurty from flipcart for my sister to present her for her new job. since it was gift for her i choosed flipcart fast delivery so that next day i should be at home to receive the product.
But they took three days to deliver the product and that too not at my home.Their guy call me to come to some nearby place to handover.
i dont think any logic of paying them extra when they cant keep their promiss. or after braking how they can ask for fast delivery charges.
