Snapdeal not only has no ethics but also have a pathetic customer care centre. First, they delay shipment by more than 3 days, then in spite of 3 reminders, nobody from customer care contacts you, then they unilaterally close / cancel the order without so much as even informing or calling the consumer and finally when I got through to their customer service centre, they refused to even entertain any grievance but rather just said that they are legally entitled to do anything! I wonder whether they are shutting shop or being sold … sooner the better.
