I have purchased 4 product through Tata Cliq & I returned 3 of them. Just because all product are fake.
Currently i ordered Nokia 8 on 19/7/2018 & delivered on 24/07/2018. when i opened this with onboxing video, there have too many scratches on screen.
when i placed return request on same day 24/07/2018 & i send all proof to concern department through mail ([email protected]). they approve return request on 28/07/2018, but still they not picked my phone & told me wait we will update you shortly.
In tata cliq return policy they mentioned we returned order within 7 days.
