Fraud site!

I recently returned on order which was not a good fit for me but still after 8 days I am sicking for refund in my koovs wallet. I raised complaint 3 times by emailing [email protected] but never got any reply from customer service.

In last 5 days, 5 times I had been told that the promocode\coupon will be sent to you but nothing in my wallet.

Rude customer service representatives. It seems all nonsense are placed here.

Only place the order on this site if you are 100% sure that you are not gonna return it back.

I was received faulty product before hence I returned it back.
