Fraud Website

On 1st March 2014, I place 2 different orders.

With my first order, I have ordered Duracell Batteries (Six) @ 66 on 01/03/2014 22:55:47 vide transaction no. 31471NET TXN: CITRUS 04243820671405 for Rs.66.00

But till now I have received any confirmation of my order or any reference no.

In my second order I have made a payment of Rs.194/- vide order number GRB97594 .

On Wed, 05 Mar 2014 09:27:14, they confirmed me that the product will be dispatched in 5-7 business days.

Despite of several mails and reminders I am yet to receive the products that I have ordered from your website.

I feel like cheated as you have done fraud with me. They have passed almost complete month making excuses.

I tried to call their customer support no. several times which was not answering. Now even their mails are also bouncing back.

Please check and tell me the exact date of delivery of my order for my both the orders urgently or refund my money.
