Fraudster and cheater
I am a regular online shopper from sites like indiatimes, shopclues,tradus, ebay,infibeam etc and this website is the most unsupporrtive, rubbish & fraud one that I’ve came across.I am suffering becuase i ordered 16 gb pen drive on 24.09.12 from this site without going thru the reviews. Due to the site error, unresponsiveness and no order update, i ordered the same item twice and fighting for delivery as well the refund.Here are my observations which surely will be helpful for new and old online shoppers
1. No order confirmation or update came from [email protected] or anybody till now.
2. Customer Care no 0141-4116767 was also wrong and it was not updated for long. Now they have updated it.But they will not respond on saturdays or even on working days also.
3. Even send mails so many times, no reply came from [email protected]
4. Shipping info, order update and refund status all are also dark. There is no update till now.
Further i called one Mr. Shyam, their so called customer care head/guy, at 9875152139 two- three times regarding the shipping of one item and refund of other, is a stupid, crap and non-sense person. He misbehaves and is ill-mannered fellow who doesnt know how to talk to customers. Every time He just says item shipped and wait till as time shown in site. Not ready to listen anything and not ready to reply positively.:evil: 
Till now their is no status update or anything from anybody at offerbean.:-? 
So Please don’t order from them.Save your money and time. Beware of these cheaters.I think they will close it soon and run away after taking money from customers. Also, I’m going to fill a complaint case against them at NCH if order is not delivered in 2-3 days.Compared to other website, this site is absolutely rubbish and cheating. Dont ever dare to to shop there!!!!!!:shock:

I recently (one month back) brought Samsung TV of value 67800/- from ebay.
This is to let you people know how I got cheated by ebay seller with the defective product (Paisa Pay ID# 39475540127)

As per the listing I should get new, non-defective product but I got defective TV with one year Seller Warrenty, received TV is having 3 dead pixels, from the day one, I have been contacting ebay and seller, when I contacted ebay, it is saying me to contact Seller, when I ask seller, he told me to contact ebay, this to-fro headache played with me like a ball for one month and now vendor is not responding even after I said that I am going to post negative reviews, it seems he does not care, he is just there to cheat customers with the defective products
So, my request here, please do not buy anything from this seller, if you buy, surely you will get cheated by him
Ebay itself is fraud company, on top of this, this seller is again cheats, so buying from ebay with cheat seller is like Cheat X Cheat
