We had ordered a washing machine from flipkart. They delivered a defective piece(the hose pipe was broken). We ordered for return and refund the very next day. They even told us that the pick up would be done. We waited but got no response.Later they told that the defect would be confirmed by their technician and they would only replace the item based on the outcome of technician’s visit who never turned up.When we checked the order status they had changed it from return in progress to delivered.We were shocked because we had already bought another washing machine trusting their 30 day return policy.The customer service team also does not respond to our mails.They have even removed the page in which we can write review.Worst experience ever. FLIPKART cheated on us.
Its your fault too, why did u even considering purchasing another one before technician showed up at your place?
Flipkart or amazon, they cant go on offering returning or replacement to everyone
And it is a huge item so u should’ve waited until a technician showed up.
What happens if the order status gets changed? You can call their cc and i am pretty sure u will get a positive response
