Green Dust is bad thing to buy online

Please suggest me how can i get my order.
I have place my order on 28-Feb-2015 and today is 14-March-2015 but i am not getting the product.
I have complain in green dust three time but they have not responding me.
As per green dust policy they will deliver order within 10-12 days but my order is placed before 14 days and still i am not getting my order and i have complain the same thing before also but not getting sufficient reply from Green Dust.
Just let me know is it fake company or register legally?
How can i get my money back?
How can i proceed further for the same?
