Have shopped for few lakhs

Have ordered lot of times from Myntra but this time they have given exchange of my kurta set with just coat not the kurta set.. package is so small that it can’t accommodate all the items when complained to Myntra they say they have done the check and nothing is wrong from there side. Updated pic is just jacket which is come with it kurta set wouldn’t fit in the same parcel even if they did.. previous parcel was bigger than this and these people don’t understand when I tell them about it.. I might have shopped more than few lakhs on this looking at my account they can say who’s what but these guys are just impossible.
