I would rate negative if i could. Worst ever finishing of products and service. Better to visit stores and buy

I had ordered a personalized photo bottle to gift my wife. I wanted to surprise my wife on her Birthday but Ferns n Petals totally ruined it. They send me a bottle with a miserable/WORST finishing. No quality checks were performed at their end before the delivery of the product. I called the customer care and they simply were adamant that I had to call them within 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours they won't be helping out. Being the website which is used for gifting options, they don't even understand that gifts are supposed to be open on the occasion and not prior to that. Very unsatisfactory service. THEY ARE ACTUALLY A SCAM. I wish negative rating option was provided for you. Very disappointing experience. It was my first order and I would make sure it's the last. I will never ever recommend this website to anyone as Ferns n Petals is highly unprofessional and unreliable.
