They cheated me big time, I paid thru my debit card but the site said the transaction failed. But I saw the money was deducted from my account. I contact the cust. care who said they canot say anything as it is a server issue and will escalate to the technical team. Now after 3 weeks I find they deleted my user account and is not replying to my mails.
As of now I lost my money and cannot log into my lenskart account. I do have proof emails saying transaction failed, mails from the customer care after i complained, screen shots of my chat with 4 different cust. care agents, email containing my username and password deteils from lenskart and bank statement that shows money was deducted thru ccavenues.
Can anyone tell me how to go forward with this issue?
