Mobile ordered and recieved washing soap in the delivery box

My Brother ordered a Nokia 2 mobile through their site and recieved an empty box with 1 small packet of soap and a key ring. order no was Order#102077243

And after complaining and following several times now, he got the update that the package was shipped with the mobile and there could be a problem with the delivery vendor and we should contact them. On contacting the vendor, they after few days accepted that the delivery executive scammed and sold the phone and is now arrested by the police, however, they couldnt help as it is the executives fault and the maximum they could do is get the executive arrested.

Tata blames the delivery , delivery blames the executive now what about our money????

Please avoid using this company as their process is not set and you could be a victim too. we are taking all legal routes and also at the same time alerting future prospects to avoid falling to this ridiculous scam.
We escalated the matter to their CEO through twitter, however, after one assurance message he is silent. GOd bless Tata’s legacy and reputation.
