AJIO has one of most pathetic quality check, delivery standards and customer care service. I had ordered a couple of superdry T-shirt’s recently and it was a COD, I got the delivery and paid cash for it . When I opened the parcel one of T-shirt’s did not have tags on them and the other one had magnetic strip on it and the packing was so pathetic because of which the both T-shirts were dirty . I called the customer care no of AJIO and informed them about it and told them there are no tags on the T-shirt and how did this pass quality . The customer care guy Manish told me to send an email to the customer care Team with the pic of the T-shirt . I did the needful and raised an request to exchange. The exchange product is already here in Pune on 19th April however as there are no tags on the product the delivery guy won’t take it back I spoke to the customer care team once again asking what needs to be done next and they said the product will be picked with out an quality inspection the following day and the same evening I got a response from them apologising that they can’t accept the product as there are no tags on it . On further calls they have been going around circles without providing resolution to the problem . They keep on asking for more time but so far have failed to provide any concrete solution . I am really frustrated with my experience with AJIO team and I really suggest that they should name their email I’d as [email protected] instead of [email protected] Really pathetic customer experience and quality check from a group like reliance
I some might have good experience with them and I am not here to change anybody’s views just want you to be carefully while dealing
