My review for groupon

The deals are sometimes fabulous sometimes not. But when it comes to customer service, it is indeed international class. The packaging of items by groupon is just superb. Never expected items to be packed in triple layers of safety. I have a complain though and my grudge is the site is not user friendly, heavy on graphics, loads slowly and sometimes the browser hangs. Groupon need experts to make their site friendly and less on bandwidth usage.
