Myntra is looting people in the name of online shopping. I ordered a dress, and it was over-sized and defective and also came with no original price tags attached.
I kept on complaining for return or even exchange of the product, and they kept on saying give us 12 hrs and 48 hrs repetitively. It caused me harassment for one whole month and then they simply declined my requests, and said that they can’t return or exchange the product as there are no price tags.
What sort of business is this? there are no quality checks of the product. How can they send a defective, oversized product without tags and they refuse to take the product back due to the same cause?
They robbed me of money for a huge, deformed piece of cloth in the name of a dress. Myntra should be sued.
Worst, terrible experience I ever faced for online shopping. NEVER ever buy from Myntra. Beware of FRAUD.

sue them.These sites these days have new weapon in hand. They say 48 hours or any time frame again and again harrasing customers.They frustrate them. some of them will stop contacting,some of them after some time is passed it becomes easy to refuse. Its time dimers just dont let them too easily.why not form something customer related forum where we help each other on how to approach issues and also help legally.one special category shouold be created on dd for this thing.Lot of people must be having some good experience in this regard.Its time customer service is implement4ed rightly in india.HArrasing just cant be allowed
