Never ever purchase anything from TataCliq
I have purchased a ifb microoven from TataCliq and because it was showing 1000 rupees less than on the other shopping sites but I got the damaged product.
I have all the unboxing videos and images don’t by the ifb demo guy but still they are not replacing neither refunding my money .
Cust Service says it will be replaced but it’s been almost 10 days but still they haven’t even pick up the damaged product.
I have send them more than 30 pics of damaged product in total but now when I call them them they still ask me to send some more images.
Never and ever even try to purchase anything from this site even it is 4-5 thousand cheaper because you never know what is in the box and once you open the box or it is delivered to you only God knows whether they will even respond to you after that or not forget about the refund.
Go for Amazon or Flipkart.
I purchase the product from this site only because of the name Tata in it n I have a doubt now whether they are someone associated with Tata or just using the name Tata .

Their facebook is not working. The customer service does not answer to simple question about installation. The standard rate card is not available and the technician will charge you 5 times the normal market rate. For instance, the outlet pipe is Rs.5 per foot but technician will charge you Rs.30 per foot. Tata cliq does not provide any answer about standard rate card. Even when you want to rate the agents they will not put you thru’ lest you give bad rating. Better avoid it.

They are not that bad but slow.

Have purchased lot of items and all of them including IFB oven, Tvs, mobiles are working fine.
Mobile returns was also smooth.
