By following E-mail which I wrote to snapdeal you’ll get an Idea of what they are doing. Although I have returned an induction cooker from them earlier but gave them benefit of doubt again and LO. I got cheated again. read my email to their customer care carefully. Furthermore they don’t even allow you to publish negative review however you can find 1-2 mildly negative review so that you dont get suspicious.
I ordered a DELL S2240L 54.61 CM LED MONITOR from snapdeal on october 17, 2015. SUB-ORDER ID – 11768634764, ORDER NO . the order was delivered to me on the evening of october 23, 2015 by bluedart surface courier. TRACKING NO. – 57998549092. I got an old looking box with one of the bar code sctratched and seal looked as if applied again after opening once but I believed snapdeal so I ignored the outer suspicion and opened the box. I was shocked to find that one of the default In-Box content(power cable/cord) provided by the dell company missing from the box. I called the customer care next day, firstly he refused to accept that power cable is an inbox content but after I made him look at snapdeal website for the in-box contents he accepted it and assured me of replacement within 2 days. On his suggestion I followed the prescribed procedure and successfully filed the return/replacement request. I also recieved an email confirming the success my ticket id/case no was 10349068. after 2 days one of your executive called and while I was telling her the whole story again mobile disconnected. I tried to call back but number was 1 sided. I myself callled the snapdeal customer care and narrated the whole story again and again got the assurance of 2 days. After 2 -3 days again an executive called and asked me my problem . I narrated her the whole story again. Now she says “we can only provide you rs 700 as compensation”. I was very hurt mentally and emotionally by such constant negotiating harrasment and repeated neglects by your company. She also promised to resolve my issue in 2 days. now 2 days are passed today is the 7th day and I still haven’t got any firm response from your company. I sent you an email yesterday too but got no reply so I am sending you a fresh one. I also found in my product reviews that same problem of default and partial delivery has been experienced by several customers repeatedly which forces me to believe that your company is doing this intentionally. I wrote a review too to make other customers aware of this problem but u have not allowed my genuine review. you people are censoring the reviews for your interests and not giving the suffering customers a reasonable opportunity of being heard. Thus you are committing breach of their fundamental rights. I also found that on Dell S-2216L monitor you are claiming heavy discount but you are not listing the default sound-boxes provided by the company. which is very defficult to be found out by reasonable dilligence of an ordinary customer. All these things doesn’t affect me directly but forces me to believe that your company is not having any intention to resolve my problem because the default is done intentionally and purposefully. I want my issue resolved asap .
