No Value for Customer Satisfaction, Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a Maxi dress with Jacket on Myntra and I did not receive the jacket with the dress. When I reached out Myntra customer support their response is terrible. Customer service is just useless. They will just say that you will get an update in 48 hrs and after 4 days I get a stupid email saying your claim is denied. I call them again same response from the customer service and no email this time. They don’t value customer satisfaction. I know Myntra has some cool styles to shop but with this type of attitude towards customers it is going to get some hot reviews.
