I placed an order (3 items) from Myntra and below are my order details.
Placed On: 07 Oct 2018
Order No: 1090767-7463145-4191001

Out of 3, Myntra delivered 1 wrong product. I raised the complaint for the same on 11 OCT 2018, complaint refernce no. is 181011-064085.
Now Myntra is asking me to courier the wrong product to them. My question is why should I do it, this is a mistake from Myntra end they should replace it or return my money. It wasn’t my fault then why should I waste my time and resourse in correcting Myntra’s mistakes.

Also, this time I am not getting any calls from them for feedback. So, I am giving it now. It was really very bad experience and now I will think twice before doing any shopping with Myntra.
