Not providing product on given date.

I had order a bablet cost 1500 ..on 30oct delivery date was 2nd today it’s 4 of the month..i been calling pole r not picking up.i found myself cheated..they should give the product on time..or should inform but they r not bothered.i will not buy anything from Amazon ever n will encourage ppl to not buy coz they r not adhere to the time.
