not so good products but as per first exp with paytm very good

As product shown in paytm very high price more than mrp of the product but deal price very low in comparison to other sites. Also i experienced that shipping is very fast in my area. As i said the prodcut not so good so i received bad one in my first shopping so i request to replaced or refund paytm accept my request and picked next day open box item with any hesitation and got refund in few hours after pickup the product.
i hope if paytm product discount coupon instead of cashback offers it more and more used buy users.
